Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum
Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum is the resting place of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The entire complex is built into the hillside, with the Memorial Archway, tomb path, mausoleum gate, stele pavilion, memorial hall, and burial chamber arranged along a central axis from south to north — creating a solemn and majestic impression. Viewed from above, it resembles a "Liberty Bell" reclining on a green velvet carpet. The three arched doorways of the memorial hall are inscribed with "Nationalism, Democracy, and People's Livelihood" — representing Dr. Sun's core ideology of the Three Principles of the People.
